The friendly proprietors are Janet Partner and Rick Blakeney who extend a warm welcome to all of their guests who visit beautiful Cornwall.
We are situated 500m from Newquay Railway Station for those visitors without cars, and most bus services are close by. Newquay Airport is only 7 miles away and we offer a reasonably priced ferry service.
Travelling to Avalon Guest House in Newquay Cornwall
By road from Bodmin (A30) to Quintrell Downs, at roundabout turn right (A3058) signposted to St Columb Minor, Newquay, Porth.
Upon reaching Newquay you will meet two mini-roundabouts, continue ahead on the A3058 for roughly a mile and turn left at the Edgcliff Club on the corner of Edgcumbe Avenue, then take the first left into Edgcumbe Gardens. Our Guesthouse is then located 100 yards on your left.
